Yahoo! Tests Inktomi

We first reported in February of this year that Yahoo! was testing Inktomi powered results in their search results over a weekend. Since then, testing has come and gone, but Yahoo! seems to be set on launching their own version of Yahoo! Search instead of having the current version be a modified version of Google results.

Today, the testing is the most aggressive that we have seen. Yahoo! seems set to launch their Inktomi powered search by the end of the year.
