Overture Looks to Add "Per Day" Limits

Overture is testing a "per day" limit for advertisers in Germany called "budget smoothing". If it is successful, which I hope it is, it will be introduced in the US. This is a feature that has been requested for years from our staff. It took longer to get into the testing phase, but at least Overture is moving in the right direction. The process will work similar to how their monthly spending limit works, which is your listings will be taken off-line temporarily, but instead of waiting until the next month, it will be the next day.
