The main reason I started the SEO Revolution was out of frustration. Frustration at all of the lies and misconceptions that are posted in forums, given as advice in teleconferences, and even taught in live workshops. "So why didn't all of this work?" " Why wasn't my site successful?" " Why am I still stuck in a rut?"
Here is the answer: They didn't test their information before they gave it to you.
I decided to change "the norm". That is what the SEO Revolution is about: We test our methods and implement our findings on our own sites. Our results are not just my opinion, not my "gut feeling" but tested on hundreds of domains, across multiple servers and multiple platforms. You take your business seriously, we take our testing seriously. Almost religiously.
Here is what you get:
- Subscription to the SEO Revolution Newsletter. Get informed not when news breaks, but when the "news" has best tested and verified. Rely only on SEO information that has been tested. Thus, protecting your business. At least one issue is sent per week.
- Article Bank. Search through over 400 articles dating back to 2005.
- Forums. If you get stuck or have a question, posting onto the forums can get you the answer you are looking for.
- Training Videos. Dozens of videos ranging from how to use your .htaccess file to competitive analysis consisting of a full 10-part series on how to gain links, the right links, to your website.
- Google. Understand exactly what Google wants in this
- SEO. My "13 Must-Have On-Page Factors" and my complete On-Page Factors guide gives you exactly what you need in order to take your SEO skills to the next level.
- Linking. With over 40 pages in easy to understand and implement strategies, I share with you the linking methods that are working right now and they are in FULL compliance with Google.
- Copyrighting. If you have struggled writing copy, my Kitchen Table Copy method maybe just what you need.
- Affiliate Marketing. This is where I earn my living and not only do I hit this area hard, but I have also reviewed all the major affiliate networks. I went "undercover" and called each network posing as a newbie. See how I was treated.
- Directories. Not sure which directories to submit your site to? Updated in June, I have been testing the directories over the last two years and this guide shows you which ones are worth your time and which you should ignore.
- Webmasters. My "Server Health" guide is a must if you are a Webmaster. Learn simple techniques to improve your server's health and avoid duplicate content and even the Google Slap in your PPC campaign.
- And a lot more...
Get access to results from my testing lab of nearly 600 domains, hundreds of articles, for $100.00 per month.

"... you get your data because you are in the trenches doing the work, like us. It is so refreshing to read a newsletter from someone doing the work ... as some newsletters they just regurgitate stuff they have read without putting it to the test. I love being updated when an algorithm changes and feel I get great value from your newsletter."

SEO Questions of the Month:
Should I use the Meta Author tag?
It is optional, but I recommend it as a way to tag your pages so you know who authored them. It has nothing to do with SEO, but it is a good practice.
Does the Expired Meta Tag keep Google from taking a cache of my page?
No it doesn't. The tag is worthless.
