Email / Newsletter Marketing
by Jerry West
Updated September 6, 2008
For years we have used a email program called
Mail Loop to email our customer lists. It was highly effective
as it acted like a mail server, and it handled all of
our subscribe and unsubscribe requests.
Then problems started to happen.
Customers were complaining that they were not getting
the mailings. Customers were cancelling, and our business
suffered. After investigating the problem, we found
that while Mail Loop does act like a mail server, ISPs
have started to block any tool that send mass email
like Mail Loop. Our solid solution was now the problem.
We looked at options that could replace Mail Loop and
we tested Constant Contact severely. While Constant
Contact has great features, the same issue was occurring.
Our paid clients weren't getting their emails and complaints
continued. Constant Contact stated that this happens
and they are doing the best they can to get off the
black lists.
After an intense search and testing period, we switched
and use 1AutomationWiz.com.
It is the best system that we have ever used and it
keeps getting better and better as we
discover more features.
